The South Korean tech giant said its 2022 roster of the technology will come in 110-inch, 101-inch, and 89-inch TV sizes. Samsung began selling MicroLED TVs as 110-inch screens last year. MicroLED uses micrometre-sized LEDs to express individual pixels and do not use a backlight or colour filter. This allows for better colour accuracy and a higher contrast ratio than conventional liquid crystal display TVs that use a backlight. Last week, NFT marketplace OpenSea announced the rollout of contract migrations and an upgrade to make sure inactive, old NFT listings on Ethereum expire safely and to allow OpenSea to “offer new safety features in the future.” The contract migration timeline was set from February 18 to February 25. NFT holders are required to make the change, and OpenSea published a guide to assist them. Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) said Thursday it signed the agreement with Germany’s Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) to mutually recognise cybersecurity labels issued by both countries. Under the pact, products issued with BSI’s label would be deemed to have fulfilled Level 2 of CSA’s cybersecurity labelling scheme. Singapore’s labelling model assesses and rates smart devices into four levels based on the number of asterisks, each indicating an additional tier of testing and assessment the product has gone through....
