Roberts said the 280,000 wireless subscriber lines are the highest of any quarter since Xfinity Mobile launched. The 2021 SANS ICS/OT survey got 480 responses, with 47% reporting that their ICS security budgets increased over the past two years. Another 32% said there had been no change. DISH said in a statement that IBM would provide “AI-powered automation and network orchestration software and services to bring broad 5G network orchestration to DISH’s business and operations platforms.” DISH Wireless chief network officer Marc Rouanne explained that the company’s 5G build is unique because they are creating a “network of networks” where enterprises can customize a network slice or group of slices to achieve their business goals. “IBM’s orchestration solutions are designed to leverage AI, automation and machine learning to not only make these slices possible but to help them adapt over time as customer use evolves,” Rouanne said....

Officials from Israeli cybersecurity firm Cyberpion approached EA late last year to inform them of multiple domains that could be subject to takeovers as well as misconfigured and potentially unknown assets alongside domains with misconfigured DNS records. But even after sending EA a detailed document about the problems and a proof of concept, Cyberpion co-founder Ori Engelberg told ZDNet that EA did nothing to address the issues. Engelberg said EA responded with an acknowledgment of receiving the information on these vulnerabilities and said they would contact Cyberpion if they had any additional questions....

The two parties are set to go to court over the disputed acquisition deal, but Musk on Thursday asked the Delaware court to cancel the October 17 trial date. By using fake audio and video to impersonate another person, the technology can cause various types of harms, said the researchers.
